Privacy policy

Llaverio stores the data you enter about your organization, properties, tenants and finances so that we can provide the service. Tenant personal data is processed on behalf of the landlord or property manager who invited the tenant, who acts as data controller.

We use your email address to send transactional messages such as verification, invitations, rent reminders and maintenance updates. You can control most email notifications from Settings → Notifications.

Payments for subscriptions are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers. Uploaded documents are stored in object storage and served through short-lived, authorized links.

You can export your data at any time from Reports and Documents, and request deletion of your organization from Settings → Organization.
